All our courses come with a guarantee that we will send you a complete evaluation report on the training and take any remedial action needed within seven working days of the course closure.

 

We frontload many of our courses with "parking bays" on which we capture organisational issues raised by delegates.This information is also included within the post course report we will send you. And if we use your policies on the course - usually a critical must- we will provide you with a free health check upon them.

 

 

We attempt at all times to provide your delegates with environmentally friendly materials and,of course, we equality proof the venue,materials and all course arrangements before,during and after the training.

 

 

We provide a 12 month after care service on all our courses.This is how it works:-

 

At the end of the course or our contract with you, we will ask you to appoint someone with whom we can stay in touch.

 

Your nominee will receive a quarterly e mail or phone call (you choose) to check on the impact of the training. We will also provide you with a hotline telephone number for contact between these quarterly check ups. And we will return all calls within seven working days unless you indicate the need is more urgent.

 

Our free monthly newsletter will be made available to you for as long as you require it.

 

As the after care service has developed we have been able to:-

  • Act as a critical outside friend with objective eyes
  • Help "fire fight" a potential crisis
  • Address immediate and urgent requests
  • Comment upon new written policies and procedures

 

The after care service does not extend to providing new training courses* but we usually find that our flexible,prompt and friendly service can meet most situations presented to us.

 

*Separate contracts are drawn up for each piece of training or consultancy work.
